The Bedroms
All of the bedrooms feature upgraded crown molding, floor board molding, doors and trim (as does every room in the house). The wooden floors wide moldings and trim add to that relaxed country feel and to the immense character of the home. However we got away from the old North East colors of brown doors, beige walls and other dreary colors and instead went for a Savana Colonial look with happy colors and white trim. Lots and lots of character but all very happy and relaxed.
One of two master bedroom suites, the Main Suite is large, featuring an extra wide King size high rise bed with top of the line linens, his and her closets and it has windows overlooking the pool area. It features an absolutely amazing master bath.
The master bath for the main suite is huge, it features among other things, a glass shower that can fit four (4) people with his and hers sides, a Carrera marble bench, shower wall jets, two rain falls, a hand held, and more. Then there is the heated Jacuzzi Spa. It features built in lighting, massage jets, and much more. The bathroom also has a separate commode room and features a very large top of the line double sink vanity. There is special lighting too, and marble accents and counter tops. The Suite and its Spa is a vacation all by itself.
We call the second Master bedroom suite the Princess suite. It features very cool colors and special accents. It has a full size shower, and windows that overlook the playground and front yard. It features a top of the line vanity, special lighting and a very cool fan. A closet and a desk area complete this wonderful space.
The bathroom in the Princess suite although not very large is very opulent. It has upgraded faucets (as does the entire house), very cool lighting, a glass full size shower, natural stone tile floors, and it overlooks the playground. Truly meant for a princess.
The Cool room as we call it was obviously meant for kids. But since it features a high rise queen size bed it can be used by adults. It has some interesting features. For example the ceiling is a sky. The stars light up at night (faintly) and give you the feeling of being outdoors. It has double windows and a large closet.
The fourth bedroom features a queen size poster bed, top of the line linens, a large closet, and has double windows overlooking the pool.
On the sleeping quarters floor there is also another large bathroom that services the two bedrooms that are not suites. It features, natural stone marble flooring, a glass shower and tub combinations, a top of the line double sink vanity, upgraded lighting, and overlooks the pool.
