Kitchens

The Kitchens. Our home has three gourmet kitchens, all fully equipped with the best of everything. Besides the main kitchen on the middle floor of the house, there are two other kitchens. One on the bottom entertainment floor (The Hangout Rom), and one in the four season room (Lanai) that is actually equipped as an outdoor kitchen.

The main kitchen is large and features GE Monogram and Wolf appliances, special lighting not only below the cabinets but also toe kick lighting. The custom two tone cabinets add to the look and feel of opulence and are very functional because there are not doors, only amazing deep lighted drawers so that it is easy to reach everything.

The main kitchen has many custom features such as a plumbed in coffee maker that does not require water, a hidden cabinet for the homes network printer/fax/scanner, a work desk for the laptop and more. It also features a breakfast nook with a table that can expand to sit up to six people by the wonderful bay window overlooking the pool.

The Hangout Room kitchen is also fully equipped and also features GE appliances. The very wide island is also usable as a bar, and has a built in wine refrigerator.

The Hangout Room kitchen features among other things wall tiles imported from Europe and yes, that is a full size commercial slicer. Meant for entertaining the Hangout Room Kitchen provides all the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen within the entertainment area so there is no need to go upstairs to grab a drink or cook a pizza.

The Lanai Kitchen is designed for grilling. We wanted to be able to grill all year but in NY the snow and freezing weather prevent that. We created a four season room that allows us to grill all year. Wonderful huge floor tiles give the Lanai a great feel, the custom made cabinetry is adorned with travertine tiles and the striking black subway tile really shows off the immense 2,000 cfm exhaust hood with incorporated lighting. The huge luxury grill by DCS is powered by central gas and is capable of cooking 36 burgers at the same time. There is also a large side cooktop with two large burners, a refrigerator, trash disposal, and a sink. All of it top of the line stainless.

Obviously we love to cook and we love great food too. Our kitchens are full of fine dishes, silverware and the best cooking and baking utensils. From the big lobster pot to the caviar set you will find it in our kitchens.
