Lanai - Four Season Room For vacation Rental

The Lanai (Four Season Room). In Florida we have Lanais but in the Northeast we have four season rooms. This one is amazing. It's heated and also has a gas fireplace so it can be used all year. It has a wonderful programmable fan with incorporated light, and there is also an exhaust system that senses humidity so it keeps the room perfect at all times. The space is nearly all windows and has a huge eight foot wide sliding glass door that leads to the pool area. The very high (14 foot at the peak) cathedral ceiling gives the Lanai a true outdoor feeling indoors.

The Lanai kitchen has all the needed amenities, a huge DCS deluxe grill (36 inches) with a rotisserie, a smoker, and built in lighting, besides the very large double side burner, a very nice refrigerator, and places for trash disposal, paper towel storage, a sink and so on. Everything a proper kitchen should have. It is all hooked up to central gas so you will never run out. The unbelievable 2,000 cfm lighted hood keeps everything smoke free and provides additional lighting. The travertine cabinetry and the striking black subway tile contrast with the stainless steel to make a thing of beauty.

Then there is the amazing Spa Hot Tub. Capable of seating six persons, it has a recliner, 56 jets, ozone cleaner, built in lighting, water fall and a Bluetooth stereo system with subwoofer that will sync up with any of your devices to play your favorite music. It's surrounded by real tropical plants so you would swear you are in Florida even when there are three feet of snow outside.

The Lanai is connected to the family room by a huge fully retractable door that is nearly an entire wall of retractable glass. This connects both rooms into a continuous huge space. When fully open the huge glass door makes it possible to watch TV from the Hot Tub and the TV sound can be played from the Bluetooth system for your viewing pleasure.

The incorporated gas fireplace compliments the room as does the tile floor with very large custom tiles, the cedar walls, the upgraded trim, multiple layers of custom dimmable lighting, and all the other special touches we have built into the marvelous space. It's The Spot... Well at least one of The Spots...
