At over 2,000 square feet the pool patio is large enough to seat 100 for lunch. Within the pool patio there is a gazebo that has lighting and a great 3 speed fan. It also contains a wonderful stone table with reclining seating for six. A great spot for lunch or to browse the web while the kids enjoy the pool. There is a wonderful outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, a water fall, and in the pool boxes you will find pool toys, noodles and other pool accessories.

The very large salt water pool is heated both with solar and with auxiliary gas. No there is no salt as you would find in the ocean. Instead the salt system uses a small trace amount of salt to create a natural kind of chlorination that does not smell like chlorine nor does it hurt your eyes. If you have never been in a salt water pool you will really appreciate the benefits. Your skin is soft and clean instead of itchy and smelling of chlorine.

The entire property is covered by a very special outdoor lighting system. The pool also is lighted and wonderful at night. The property is completely private surrounded by wonderful trees. At night the light show is wonderful and the pool is just as much fun at night as it is during the day.

A wonderful oasis, the pool area calls you outdoors. Because of the wonderful very large trees there is always a shady spot in and around the pool where you can escape the hot sun. Since the pool is surrounded by a child fence and has child protective doors it is safer that an open pool also. The hot tub room (Lanai as we call it) is just a few steps away. And surrounding the pool there are wonderful planters and flowers. Just wonderful.
